Three new inductees took the pledge of "service above self" and joined Rotary ranks at the weekly luncheon meeting today:

• Ryan Broyles is a corporate member representing Calvin Broyles Jewelers. A recent graduate of West Virginia University, Ryan and his brother Justin were grand jackpot winners in the Charity Raffle two years ago. Ryan donated part of his winnings back to Rotary. In response to good-natured questioning on Valentine gifts, the new Rotarian suggested jewelry as the best choice and offered personal advisory services to everyone. Ryan and Justin are sons of charter member and two-times club president Don Broyles.

• Brittany Farley also enters Rotary ranks as a corporate member. She represents First State Bank, Teays Valley Branch. Brittany has been recognized by First State for her recent work to improve and implement new online banking policies.

• Tim Taylor represents Frontier Communications as local manager for the Elkview-Clendenin-Sissonville territory. He most recently supervised the blitz crew that rehabilitated Frontier facilities in much of the southern part of the state.
