Tommy Mullins of Danville, West Virginia, is a $500 winner in the second drawing of the annual charity lottery at Putnam Rotary today.
President Mike Herron immediately called Mullins to apprise him of his investment return. "I have some good news when you call me back," he announced to Mullins' a telephone message recorder.
A third and final drawing will take place on Tuesday, April 12, for a $2,000 winner. Remaining ticket holders are all eligible for this final drawing, and a few tickets are still available from Rotary members.
