Herman Dixon and Cheryl Rust were named as Paul Harris Fellows today, the highest recognition given by Rotary International.

Rust served as President of the local club in the 2002-2003 fiscal year. Inducted into Rotary in 1997, she presently is on the Board of Directors.

This is the second Paul Harris recognition for Herman Dixon. An Agency Field Executive with State Farm Insurance, Dixon has been a Putnam Rotarian since 1998.

The Putnam club has recognized eighteen PHF recipients in its 13-year history. Seven of these are multiple recipients.
