Communications officials pledge civic service through Rotary

February 12, 2008

Suddenlink executives Steve E. Tulloh and Glen A. Clark, responsible for digital television, high-speed internet and telephone services from their Teays Valley offices, today also pledged themselves to personal civic services through Putnam Rotary.

Tulloh, Director of Commercial Services for the local area, is a native of St. Albans. He comes to Suddenlink from several years as a vice-president for Time Warner in Waco, Texas. He makes his home in Hurricane with wife Adena and their son Stephen.

Clark, the Account Executive for the local office, grew up in Cabin Creek and graduated from East Bank. He returned to the valley from Beckley where he worked with Charter Communications. He makes his home in Dunbar with his wife Bridgid and their son Andrew.

Active in his Teays Valley Baptist Church, Glen enjoys hunting and sports, especially golf.

Suddenlink Communications, from its organization five years ago, emerged in 2006 as a provider of broadband services for over 1.3 business and residential customers.

Kenneth Conner, Suddenlink's Vice-President for Business Services spoke to Putnam Rotarians last spring, and the two new members would agree with his philosophy. What is importaint in business, said Conner, is "not the great things, but the personal things -- the people with whom you work, and the customers you serve."

Tulloh and Clark were recommended to Rotary by Chet Marshall.
