three 'Paul Harris Fellows' February 17, 2004 The Putnam Rotary Club has named three of its members to become "Paul Harris Fellows," the top recognition for service and philanthropy by Rotary International. Shown above receiving certificates medallions and pins are (left to right) Bob Keely, Mary Keely and Lana Newhouse-Taylor. Mary Keely, a graduate of Marshall Univeristy, is Secretary of the Putnam group. Her husband Bob is Segreant-at-Arms charged with maintaining order at the Tuesday luncheon meetings. He is retired from Red Cross. He and Mary reside in Rustic Highlands of Hurricane. Newhouse-Taylor is President of the Club. She is Manager of Fifth Third Bank for its new center on Mt. Vernon Road. Lana and Husband William Taylor live on Marina Drive in Hurricane.
Each new Paul Harris Fellow receives a commemorative certificate, a Paul Harris Fellow pin, and a medallion. Donors are eligible for Paul Harris Fellow recognition when their cumulative giving reaches $1,000.
